Das Campus Tuning Team ist das Ergebnis eines Softwareprojekts im Sommersemester 2022. \u00dcber zwei Semester hinweg wurde das Thema „Verbesserung des studentischen Lebens auf dem Campus“ behandelt. Das Ziel war es, verschiedene L\u00f6sungsans\u00e4tze zu entwickeln und zu erarbeiten und dazu kleine Interventionen bzw. digitale Prototypen zu entwickeln. Daf\u00fcr wurde eine Umfrage erstellt und an alle Studierende der Westf\u00e4lischen Hochschule geschickt, um zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen, wo Verbesserungsbedarf herrscht. Das Projektergebnis wurde in einer Ideenmappe zusammengefasst.<\/p>\n

\nMyWHS bietet die M\u00f6glichkeit den Studierendenausweis, das Semesterticket und die Studienbescheinigung als Bild-Datei einzuf\u00fcgen. Somit kann man sich mit der App als Student\/-in ausweisen, B\u00fccher ausleihen, das Bus und Bahnticket vorzeigen und die Studienbescheinigung als Verifikation vorzeigen. Au\u00dferdem besitzt MyWHS einen Kalender, der die Studierenden an wichtige Hochschulaktivit\u00e4ten erinnern soll, wie beispielsweise die Pr\u00fcfungsanmeldung, Semesterbeitrag \u00fcberweisen usw.<\/p>\n

Technische Umsetzung:
\nMyWHS wurde mit dem Open-Source-Framework ‚Flutter‘ prototypisch umgesetzt.
\nDer Nachteil dieser Umsetzung ist, dass der Studierendenausweis, das Semesterticket und die Studienbescheinigung selbst eingef\u00fcgt werden m\u00fcssen.
\nDurch eine Realisierung einer Version der App mit Zugriff auf die Datenbank der Hochschule, w\u00e4re es denkbar, dass die Studenten sich mit den ZA-Daten einloggen und Ausweis, Semesterticket und Studienbescheinigung automatisch eingepflegt werden. Jedoch ergab die durchgef\u00fchrte Umfrage unter den Studierenden, dass eine kompakte Variante, die alle Informationen der Websiten kombiniert und sich somit der eigene Studienverlauf individuell planen l\u00e4sst, gew\u00fcnscht wird. Aus diesen Ideen heraus ist der Studienverlaufsplan entstanden. Eine Website, die sowohl eine detaillierte \u00dcbersicht aller Module nach Semester sortiert und deren Informationen (Professor, Credits, Voraussetzungen, etc.) anzeigt, als auch die M\u00f6glichkeit bietet diese auf die jeweiligen Semester nach den eigenen Bedingungen zu verteilen.<\/p>\n

Technische Umsetzung:
\nZun\u00e4chst wurde mit AdobeXD ein Prototyp des Planers entworfen. \nDazu wird die Benutzeroberfl\u00e4che um einen \u201eStandort\u201c-Button erweitert. Durch bet\u00e4tigen des Buttons erscheint eine Grafik, welche den Umriss der Bibliothek samt Regale enth\u00e4lt und das Regal, in dem das gesuchte Buch steht, wird farbig hervorgehoben. Die Zuordnung von Buch und Regal erfolgt intern durch die Signatur des Buches und der Regale.<\/p>\n

Laut den Ergebnissen der Umfrage sind 36% der Teilnehmer mit diesen Zeiten nicht zufrieden. Wenn die erste Vorlesung bereits um 08:00 Uhr beginnt, hat man keine Zeit vorher in die Cafeteria zu gehen. Einigen hat die Cafeteria nicht lang genug ge\u00f6ffnet, denn viele Module finden auch noch am sp\u00e4ten Nachmittag statt. Dabei lag das Augenmerk auf einer attraktiven und barrierefreien Gestaltung. Die neu geschaffenen Lernm\u00f6glichkeiten, sollen Studierenden die M\u00f6glichkeit geben, auch im Freien produktiv zu sein und bei sch\u00f6nem Wetter dieses auch schon w\u00e4hrend der Lernzeit genie\u00dfen zu k\u00f6nnen. Dass frische Luft uns gut tut, sollte nichts neues sein. Es ist allerdings nicht die Luft selbst, die eine besondere Wirkung hat, sondern das Bakterium Mycobacterium vaccae. Dieser Keim, den wir aufnehmen, wenn wir in freier Natur einatmen, wirkt sich positiv auf die Lernleistung aus. Dies war ein weiterer Anreiz, diese Lernfl\u00e4che zu schaffen. \nDie Applikation kann leicht \u00fcber das Smartphone heruntergeladen und bedient werden. Sie dient den Studierenden dazu sich schnell und einfach ihren individuellen Lernort zu reservieren. S\u00e4mtliche abschlie\u00dfbare R\u00e4ume des Geb\u00e4udes sowie weitere Orte wie die Bibliothek oder die Tischgruppen auf dem Flur werden auf dem Ger\u00e4t angezeigt. Ebenso ob diese durch Kurse oder andere Lernende besetzt oder ab wann sie f\u00fcr welchen Zeitraum verf\u00fcgbar sind. W\u00e4hlt man den gew\u00fcnschten Ort aus wird dieser f\u00fcr die gew\u00e4hlte Zeit f\u00fcr andere Nutzer blockiert. Sollte der gebuchte Ort ein Seminarraum o.\u00e4. sein k\u00f6nnen die Studierenden mit Hilfe einer Transponderausleihe im Anschluss einfach und selbstst\u00e4ndig einen Schl\u00fcssel f\u00fcr den jeweiligen Raum ausleihen.
