Problem Statement
There are rapid developments in learning with digital media. The technological developments of new media are divided into different trends. The learning progress enables independence in terms of time, content and space when learning. A further upswing is evident in the area of creativity. The different areas search for or promote minimally new ideas and unconventional solutions. Employees in the company should have special skills for this purpose. This raises the question of how far creativity can be learned and how natural creativity can be promoted through exercises.
